AWS Judges

Nikki Felton is the AWS National Sport Horse Director. She was instrumental in the early AWS Inspection methodology and evaluations. Nikki is also a recognized US Equestrian Federation (USEF) Sport Horse judge as well as inspecting for 10+ years.

Jean Brooks is the National Director and founder of the AWS. Jean is also a Retired, Registered Dressage Driving Judge and Combined Driving Judge.

Douglas Christensen is a National Sport Horse Inspector. Douglas has been involved with Sport Horses in the U.S.A., Britian & Germany for 25+ years. Douglas is retired president for the Alamo Dressage Association, currently Vice President & on their board for 10+ years.

Carrie Vacolas is a National Sport Horse Inspector. She breeds & trains Sport Horses for Dressage & Eventing. Carrie has 25+ years experience in the Sport Horse community thru Dressage & Eventing. She graduated from OSU with her degree in Animal Science.
