out to all your friends and interested people. An American Warmblood

assisting an existing AWS Representative occasionally. The AWS
appreciates all your efforts, working together, with "members helping
members" - one of the qualities that make this organization
great. Current membership is required.

brochure contains a wealth of information, make sure you read this

procedures. Also be aware of the many programs offered and be able to

suggested as a place to call when you are unsure of the answer.

sites and/or help the day of the AWS Inspection (as needed).
- Give out Awards a recognized shows.
- Choose 1 or 2 recognized, well attended shows each year.

prior to show date to get permission to give AWS
awards. (Gold, Silver & Bronze medals). Request to be listed in the
prize list or in the Omnibus listing. Complete AWS form to request
medals to be given at the show. Remember to the National Office needs
at least a 6 week lead-time.
- On the day of the show report to the scorer and volunteer to
assist with AWS awards. Members must show current Membership/Awards card
for the horse to be eligible for awards. It is requested that members
send in copies of their card to the secretary of the show when the
entry is sent in. Representatives are supplied with membership and
Award Program applications and the Reps can accept completed forms and
fees at the show. Send the new applications and fees to the National
Office.
- Present the awards whenever possible.
