Please type or print with black ink legibly and complete all known information. Correction fee is $50 for errors due to illegibility. AWS clerical errors or undelivered certificates will be corrected/replaced without charge, only if certificate is returned or AWS notification is within 60 days.

 

All membership and registration fees must accompany these application forms. The American Warmblood Society registry office will contact those persons whose application requires special attention. If not contacted, it may be assumed that the papers are being processed. Please allow sixty (60) days for processing after all requirements are completed before inquiring. This will eliminate any unnecessary correspondence, as all papers will be processed within that length of time. I have read all AWS registration information & requirements.
