Contact Competition Organizer a minimum of (3) Months prior to Show date(s) (Prefer Annual) and request permission to give AWS supplied awards.  Request that the AWS Awards be listed in the prize list, program and/or in the Omnibus listing, whenever possible.

 

Then complete the following information and submit to the National Office at least 8 weeks prior to the competition (Prefer Annual).  Awards available for each unique “type/level/division” listed below. Awards are mailed directly to Show Secretary (unless otherwise requested)  -   please include Show Secretary address.
