ANNUAL AWARDS PROGRAM

 

To receive Awards in Combined Driving, Dressage, Eventing, In-Hand Shows or Show Jumping at any level the horse/pony must be enrolled in AWS (Annual or Lifetime) Awards Program.  Owner and rider current membership is required.

 

Please type or print and complete all information. Awards program fee must accompany this form. Please allow sixty (60) days for Awards/Membership card  before inquiring. This should eliminate any unnecessary correspondence, as all papers should be processed within that length of time.
